Emma Everson
M.A. Special Education
My name is Emma and I have a passion to help every child fall in love with reading + writing. I’m so glad you’re here! I moved to Boone, NC in 2018 to attend Appalachian State University, where I earned an undergraduate degree in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education with concentrations in reading and autism spectrum disorder. I began my reading tutoring business in Boone after I graduated. In 2026, I moved back home to Union County with my husband and two boys. I am currently providing reading tutoring services to students in Waxhaw, NC. When I’m not working, you can find me in my garden, doing a craft, or enjoying some quality time with family and friends!
